The Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce held a combined Ribbon Cutting and After Hours at the Blue Coyote Supper Club on December 9, 2013.

The Blue Coyote Supper Club, which is open to the public, welcomed a very large crowd for this event at its newest location in the Sanibel Island Golf Club. Guests arriving for the combined Ribbon Cutting and Chamber After Hours were greeted with cocktails and a great selection of delicious appetizers.

Guests were introduced to owner, Mitch Schwenke, his executive chef, Patrick Fitz, and Blue Coyote manager Cindie Barker during the evening.  The restaurant has been completely remodeled and includes a large bar and bistro area, a traditional dining room and a private room for parties or private lunches or dinners.

“We are delighted to welcome the Blue Coyote Supper Club to Sanibel” said Ric Base, President of the Chamber of Commerce. “We wish them the very best in their new Sanibel location.”
