SANIBEL, FL (December 8, 2014) – The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to officially welcome Island Jewelry, an island retailer of fine gems and accessories, as a member to the chamber on Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Previously known as the Sanibel Diamond, Island Jewelry’s storefront contains a beautiful assortment of well-priced designer pieces as well as giftware and other accessories. The current owner, Richard Bush, and his team provided a delicious variety of appetizers and refreshments for chamber members while they walked through the new location and appreciated the marvelous selection of glistening gems and other items.
“We love our new location!” said Richard. “Being centrally located on Sanibel Island is something we’ve always wanted as it allows us to be easily accessible and visible to the islands’ residents and guests. We’re definitely looking forward to our first season as a member of the chamber and being in our new location.”
